Automatic backup does not start. User account?

Hi there!
I´m having some trouble with automatic backup in Windows XP Pro.

I run the wizard and follow all the steps (including the programation to run the backup at 18:00 every day). After that, I enter user and password of the PC, click OK and the task is scheduled.

Despite this, when the scheduled time comes (I.E: 18:00 PM), the backup does not run. When I check in the scheduled tasks, it says that the task "could not run".

Somebody has a clue, please?

Hello,

Try this:

Start -> All Programs -> Accesories -> System Tools -> Scheduled Tasks

In the Scheduled Tasks:

Advanced->View Log

This should log will show you whats happening with the tasks, success or
failure.
If the task if failing the log will indicate why.

Try this out and post again.
