Is there a way to have outlook finish a name in the send box after typing in
one or two letters like the outlook express does? I think it might be called
auto fill or something of that sort.

It's called autocompletion. It's available on Outlook 2002 and 2003, not
earlier versions. It is enabled by default.

My sister has Outlook 2003 and this feature never worked in her program.
The other day, I scanned a picture using her scanner and emailed it to
myself. After doing that, my name came up in auto-complete. I was stunned.
But, by the next morning when she turned on her computer, Outlook was no
longer doing it with my name and it NEVER did it for anyone else's. I told
her I'd try to find an answer to this mystery.

Anyone?

Her Outlook profile is corrupt. If she creates a new one, autocompletion
will work.
