In Windows Mail you would have to use a message rule to achieve this.
Problem is that you would have to leave your PC switched on with WM open
24/7.
WM would reply to every message, including Spam mails, thus advertising your
account as live for more and more spam!
One connection problem and the system would await human input to cancel the
error message.
So not a good idea imho? Forget about it using WM.
Explore the website of your ISP or Mail Provider, they sometimes offer this
option?
