automate emails

I want to have an email scheduled to send everyday at the same time. This
email will have need to have a spreadsheet attached that is updated daily
from an Access database. (There are too many lines to automatically email
the results from within Access). How would I go about setting up this email
to send automatically with the updated Excel file (without having to go in
and manually attaching the updated file)?
