Before my computer was worked on, I was able to enter the
first three letters of someone's name or email address
and the rest would be populated for me. Now it will only
do it if I had entered that name in this day. Doesn't
matter if I used it yesterday. This is annoying to me
because I use this all the time. Is there a way to
change this back to keep them in memory or something?

Thanks,
Mike.

This means that there is a corruption in the NK2 file in which those names
are cached. First try deleting that file with Outlook closed. It's in the
(hidden) folder
%AppData%\Microsoft\Outlook. If that doesn't work, create a new mail
profile, point it at your existing PST, redefine your accounts in the new
profile, and try again.
