Autofill a text box and be able to submit that to a table

I have a form where you would have to choose a persons name from a drop down
box. Once you select a name I would like another box on the form to autofill
based on the persons name that was chosen from the drop down. Finally I
would like to be able to save all of this info to a table by using a Submit
button. I need some help this. I have been trying to use subqueries in the
control source property and I cant get it to work. Even if I get it to work
that way how would I tie that box to the field in the table? I am
confused...please help.
