Yesterday I asked a question, but it's still to appear, so I'm asking again. By mistake I took Word back to default settings and my autocorrect feature had none of my hundreds of corrections in it. Yet when I use the codes, the feature functions. But where is it? I want to have my codes back in the autocorrect feature, please!

I'm sorry, I don't understand. You say you use the codes and AutoCorrect
functions. You also say you want your codes back?

Unless you erased the MS Word folder from your hard drive, reinstalling or
otherwise taking Word back to default settings would not get rid of your AC
entries. They are contained in (one or more) *.acl file(s). A few might have
been stored in normal.dot.

Which version of Word are you using?

What makes you think the entries are missing?

And finally, are you sure we are talking about AutoCorrect and not AutoText?
