AutoCorrect - Capitalization

I have a user who would like to have any character that follows ending
punctuation ALWAYS capped regardless of the number of spaces following the
ending punctuation. Typical scenario: Sentence.(two spaces) Next sentence.

Users Scenario: Sentence.(one space) next sentence.

Is there any way to modify what designates a sentence in Word (ie: period,
followed by two spaces)

This user is using Word as their email editor, so any changes who hopefully
be seen in Outlook as well.
 
Under Insert, Autotext, AutoCorrect, check the box Capitalize first letter of
Sentences. This disregards how many spaces there are.
On a side line, you can have Word checking how many space you have between
sentences. Tools, Options, Spelling & Grammar tab, Settings button, Spaces
required between sentences, choose "1" or "2" or "don't check". This will not
autocorrect but will highlight the error spaces as grammar errors (green
squiggles).

The use of two spaces after a sentence is a throwback to days of the
typewriter and monospaced fonts. It is not required with a wordprocessor and
proportional fonts. Word automatically capitalizes after a single space.

Settings in Outlook have to be set in Outlook as well (I believe), Tools,
Options, Spelling, Autocorrect, Capitalize first letter of sentences.
