I'd like to enable the AutoComplete function in XP, but can't get it to work
I've done:
For the autocomplete
Go to Internet Explorer
Click on Tools > option
Click on the Content ta
click on autocomplete butto
check box for usernames and password
But it won't work. I notice that the "APPLY" button is not highlighted, and can't get it to work
Any Ideas?

This fix applies to Outlook and other programs that store passwords
in the Protected Storage System Provider sub-branch of the Registry.
It also corrects some issues with Internet Explorer and Autocomplete.

My HP did the same thing. I had to go to HP online support and download a patch for my model. Maybe check that to see if it is a model specific problem. Good luck.
