Autocomplete in To: field not working

Autocomplete for names in the New Message fields insn't working.
Found a fix referring to a .NK2 file, but there isn't one in the target
folder, though there is a .NICK file.
Ideas?
Running Win 2000 and upgraded Outlook in Office 2000 Pro to Outlook 2002.

The .NICK file is left over from Outlook 2000 and Outlook 2002 won't use it.
Perhaps a stupid question, but have you enabled the "suggest names" option?
Tools>Options>Email Options>Advanced E-mail Options.

Creating a new mail profile may help, since upgrades can sometimes affect
profile properties.
