Does anybody know of a conflict between AutoCAD and

Depending on the version, yes. Check out AutoDesk's site for all the info.

Some peopel have had trouble installing AutoCad 2000/20001 on Xp. I
didn't though. Try using comaptabilty Mode to instll Acad.

I'm running 2002 and it works fine.
