AutoArchive with outlook 2003

I'm trying to autorchive the sent Item from our exchange server to the local
archive folder and it didn't work. I saw the activity in the bottom tool bar
but i have nothing in the sent item folder from the Archive file. I have try:
manually archive from file menu archive, right click on the sent items from
the exchange server and setting it up, verify if the autorchive was on (from
tool menu option..., other and autoarchive button). whiteout success. Did
someone have a solution besides coping all manually?
I have 5 stations with this problem

Archiving does not necessarily use the Sent date to archive Sent Items
messages. It uses the (usually undisplayed) modified date to select items
eligible for archiving. You have to choose an archive time that will
correspond with the modified time stamp.
