I have "Run AutoArchive every 2 months".
If I had create meeting in Dec 14, 2003 to March 14,2004 , and I didn'
Modified the meeting (last modify :Dec 14, 2003 ).
In next AutoArchive, will this meeting (last modify dec 14, 2003
delete? even the meeting is in the future?
Tanks

No. For most Outlook items, the Modified date is used for AutoArchive
because it will be the latest of all the date values. However, for a future
appointment or event, the appointment/event date will be later than the
modified date...so AutoArchive will skip it until the date of the
appt./event has passed and one of the other date values meets the AA
criteria.

More information on the dates Outlook uses for AutoArchive can be found here
(look at the Summary paragraph):

Sorry -- after I posted that link I realized the Summary paragraph in the
article doesn't really address the dates used by Calendar items
specifically. Still, it's a good article to read to learn more about
archiving.
