Auto Updates

I have Windows XP SP1 and the auto updates are not available to me. The complete page of AutoUpdatestab on the property screen to MyComputer is grayed out. When I checked the Services available to Administrative Tools in the Control Panel ... the auto updates is not even listed here.
Apparently it is not on my pc and I need to find where I can download it since the only links I have found on microsoft require that you not have SP! on XP to get it.
Well I have Home XP with SP1 ... Does anyone know where I can get the auto updates for my pc?
 
Take a look at Kelly's http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_abc.htm
Select U and scroll to Updates.
