auto spell check in outlook

hi folks. i'm wondering why i just can't get auto spell check to work in outlook where it underlines all ncorrect words? i have tried numerous times with absolutly no results. it only works in ms word and i perferms outlook as my mail program. Any suggestion are appreciated. if anyone has any..michael.
 
Double check your email options. Tools>Options>Mail Format...check "Use
Microsoft Word to edit e-mail messages" (need to have the same version of
Word and Outlook). Also, check your settings under the "Spelling" tab
(Tools>Options>Spelling).

you need to use word as your editor for it to work in Outlook.
