Auto sort and repeate word recogonition?

Can I set up a auto group function with excel? I am preparing my taxes and
want certain catagorie to be formed by a reference on each transaction.
 
If you provide a bit more detail about your worksheet, and what you're
trying to do, someone may be able to offer advice.
