Auto Signature on User Templates

Now that we have SP2 installed, any signature we choose for New Messages
automatically shows at the top of any user created templates we open. Prior
to SP2, this was never the case. Is there a way, with SP2, to have the
auto-signature option on for new messages, but not for user templates?
