Auto shutdown

Is there a command-line command or app built into
WinXPsp2 that will shutdown the computer? I'd like to use
a scheduled task to shutdown at a certain time of day.

Concerning this sort of command. Does Microsoft have a
comprehensive list of commands posted somewhere on their
site?
