Auto shutdown ??

Is there a command/utility that I could have certain PC's with the XP OS
shutdown automatically at a specific time daily ? We are currently a NT4
domain.

Use Task Scheduler and the Shutdown command. At the command prompt enter
shutdown /?
for usage.
