Auto Share C driver

HI ,

I have install a new WIN2000 Professional,
And I find it willl auto share C driver to C$
And When I close it ,
It will auto share it after reboot.

Do any onr Why and how to fix it

Drives are always shared as {drive letter}$ for
administrative reasons. This way an administrator can
always view any logical drive from it's root and navigate
through it normally.
 
Do, Can I disable it
