Auto resize of attached photos?

I was wondering how to make it a default setting for Windows Mail in Vista
to resize photos when I attach them to an email message. Any takers please?
Outlook Express 6 would do this so I'm guessing it's pretty straight
forward.

Outlook Express did not automatically resize photo attachments.
If you choose the "Send to" a mail recipient from the "My Pictures" folder, then you had the option to resized the photo attachments.

The same option is available if you choose the "send to" a mail recipient from the "Pictures" folder in Vista using Windows Mail.
