Good Afternoon!
I have an issue with the Out of Office Assistant in
Outlook XP. When I turn it on, and John Doe sends me a
message, it automatically replies that I am out of the
office...HOWEVER, if John Doe sends a second message to
me, forgetting that I am out, he doesn't get a second
reminder. Is there a way to change this setting? I
appreciate any suggestions!!

Nope, out of the office only sends one reply per occurence.

Briana,

This is the way the Out of Office Assistant feature works. The only way to
get a "second" OOF response is to turn off OOF and then turn it back on. As
a workaround, you could try something similar to the solution in the
following article.

Hope this helps.
