auto reply function

Hi,

I need the following functionality:

when a message arrives from a specific email address
with a specific subject, I send a reply to that email
with an attachment.

So far, I have been using Outlook Rules.
But I can't seem to include attachments to the reply message.
any ideas?

Create your message you want to reply with including the attachment and save
it as *.oft. Then create a rule that replies with a specific template and
point it to the template you just created.

I like what is propose here but could we extend this to...

If i reply to someone i would like to choose witch template to use in my
reply?

I have many template i use as reply but none of them could be associate to a
rule. So i have to start a new mail and copy and paste the subject
