Hi group, I am not real familiar with outlook so please
bear with me while I try to explain the situation.

First we are using the Office 2000 package with an
exchange server (exchange 2000 I believe)

We have recently decided to set up a number of mail boxes
that we could provide several people access too. So lets
say one is (e-mail address removed)

What we would like to do is have a message box pop up on
specific users PC's if an email comes into that mailbox.

We have successfully set up the mailboxes so that certain
people can view and reply to the (e-mail address removed) email
address and in fact when a new message comes in it even
has a little number pop up beside that mailbox's inbox (if
you have the folder view selected) BUT there are still
some that see real value if we could make a message box
pop up.

Hope I described my situation and question clear enough.

Thanks,

Kelly

.
Thanks for taking th etime to reply but that does not
seem to work for us.

First. when the email comes to a mailbox that you have
access to it will not notify you that you have new mail
unless you are actually working in the profile of the mail
box and set up that option in that profile.

Do you know what I mean?
