I got a question, with microsoft outlook when you go to sign on to windows it
told you how many e-mail you had and it automatically started. an you still
do that ?? and one dumb question, how do i switch accounts ??

You can put a shortcut to Windows Mail in your Startup folder, which
will cause Windows Mail to start up automatically after Windows boots up.

Not sure what you mean by "switch accounts". Do you mean, send from a
different 'From' address? If you have more than one account, when you
start a new email, the 'From' line can be clicked to change the sending account.

well i have 2 email addresses mine and my wifes, anytime anything is sent to
either of them it goes to the default address, they cant be seperate and just
go to the one that it was sent too ?? you cant just sign on one account and
manage that one ?? it seams like they are joined together. i put it in
startup folder and it came up, but when the comp started up it shows which
user u want to sign and each windows sign on use to have the info like you
have 4 new emails before you chose which windows user you wanted. It use to
be like that with outlook on Xp. I thank you for your help.

Windows Mail does not have identities like Outlook Express did.
By default, all email from all accounts goes into the same Inbox.
There are four different ways of fixing that:

1. Use separate Windows user logins. That gives total privacy.

2. Use message rules to filter incoming messages into
separate folders.

3. Upgrade to Windows Live Mail which has separate folders for each
account, no rules needed: http://get.live.com/wlmail/overview

4. Purchase an add-on called WMIDs:
