Auto highlight active row and column

I'm working with a very large spreadsheet and would like
to have the row and column of my active cell highlighted
so I can easily look across a row or up/down the column.
I want to highlight the row as a visual guide only, I am
not referring to highlighting in order to copy/paste, etc.
