Auto-Formatting problems

I have the new version of word and I'm not quite sure where everything is
yet. Word started auto-formatting what I'm typing and I'd like to make it
stop auto-formatting it, but I don't know where to find it. Any help or
suggestions? Thanks

I suppose you are referring to the options on the AutoFormat As You Type tab
of the AutoCorrect dialog box? Here's how to display that dialog box: Click
the Office button, and then click Word Options. In the Proofing category,
click the AutoCorrect Options button.
