Auto Form Stats?

Is it possible to use Frontpage's 2003 forms to create an automatic count. I
set up an opinion poll. Currently I have to manually go in and count the
hits when the submit button is pushed. I then update the opinion poll page
and publish. Is there a way to create a page with a bar graph or count
automatically without me having to manually count? I would even be satisfied
with an auto count that I have to transfer manually to the opinion poll page.
I have been unable to locate an answer to this question under help files.
 
Requires a custom server-side application/script using whatever technology
(ASP, .NET, PHP, Perl/CGI) your host supports.
