auto filter drop down

I have a spreadsheet with auto filter turned on. This
gives me the drop down.... The only problem is that it
only shows the 1st 1011 rows and I have 3800. How can I
get it to see the rest or is there some other way I can do
it.

The limit in the autofilter dropdown is 1000.
