I am new to ACCESS 2003, but not 97. I need help on a form.
When my form opens the parameter asks me for the ID#. The ID Number takes me to the form to do my updating of that particular record. I have a checkbox and A date on the form. The check box has to be checked and a date is entered. How can I fix it where the check box is clicked and the date is entered? Is this possible in a form? The check box purpose is so that record will not printout on future reports. The date is for reference to the date that the particular record was entered.
