Auto Email - 2nd Request

I send out the same email to same individual on a regular schedule. All
attachments are always the same files (modified during each send). I am
using Exchange Server and Outlook 2003. Is there a way to set it up so these
emails go out automatically every week with the most recent attachment?
Attachment file names never change, just the content.
