Auto Complete

How do you disable auto complete especially when addressing emails. I do not wish to have my list of previously sent email contatcts appear as a selection to choose from. Instead I wish to select from my original list of contacts.

I am using MS Outlook 2003.
 
You might want to check with the Outlook NewsGroup for specifics, but try
this:

1. Click the "Tools" menu and select "Options"
2. On the "Preferences" TAB click the "E-mail Options" button.
3. Click the "Advanced E-mail Options" button.
4. Uncheck the "Suggest names while completing..." option. Not sure if you
need to uncheck the "Automatic name checking" as well or not.
