Auto complete will not work

I have windows XP, and being the only person using the computer, I want to enable "auto complete" and also not have all of these extra "my document" folders. I have tried to find out how to make it a single user setup, but no luck yet. Thanks in advance to whoever can help me.

For the autocomplete:
Go to Internet Explorer
Click on Tools > options
Click on the Content tab
click on autocomplete button
check box for usernames and passwords
