Auto Complete Help!

Some where along the line my pc isn't remembering some
entries anymore. When I search from sites such as Ebay,
previous entires are not recalled as they use to be. All
of the boxes are checked in auto complete. For example, if
I search for items on ebay, how can I get the pc to recall
previous items in the search box. I thought this was
controled by auto complete? Operating system is windows
me.
