auto-complete doesn't work properly

regarding MS knowledge base article 306895.what do you do
when method #3 doesn't produce results.when you type in
#2 it displays a box saying "unrecognized flag: /"
usage:regsvr[/u][/s][/n][/i]]dllname what next?
when you type in #4, it says Load Library ("RSABase.dll")
failed-the specified module could not be found.i have
done everthing else on the article everything checks ok.i
have tried to repair windows .it did not work RSABase.dll
is nowhere to be found.i know htat the username and
password that i am trying to save works on my other
computer under 100% the same settings!COME ON MICROSOFT
HELP ME OUT,PLEASE.THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME.
 
Are you using regsvr /u or regsvr32 /u?

Also the article if for IE 5 is it your version?

regsvr32 / u sorry it took so long to reply

(truckdriver on the road ) any help appreciated,what do
you suggest for ie6 sp2
