auto-capitalize?

Is there a way to automatically capitalize the first letter of every word?
Is there a macro that I could use to do this to a highlighted area of text
(whether it was all caps or all lowercase)? I'm using Word 2003.
 
With the text selected, click Format > Change Case and select Title
Case.
