auto backup of just a few folders

is there any way to backup before shutdown or startup? maybe a script or bat
file?


Also to do the same thing with a few mail folders?

You can write a script, but a very nice and reasonable backup program is
SecondCopy from www.centered.com. It is quite scalable and has lots of
options. Highly recommended.
