auto achive not working on IMAP folders

When a auto archive occurs it only does the personal/local folders. I am
trying to archive only the IMAP inbox and have set up for that particular
folder but it never seems to be archived. Thanks for any help.
 
it only works on personal folders. Drag the items from the imap folders to a
personal folder (or directly to the archive folder).
