Authentication Tab missing

Hi all, I have a few cases which under the network properties, the
authentication tab is missing. It is not gray out, but MISSING. Can someone
tell me how to solve this problem? I have upgrade to SP2 but to no avail.

"Wireless Zero Configuration" service isnt running. Start it.
