Authenticated OS...

Dear Folks,,,,,

How can I know that installed OS ( win XP ) is
authenticated licensed OS, Not pirated OS --without connecting to
internet.

Please help me out..

You can't. You'll need to establish an internet connection,
then visit http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/ and click on
"Validate Windows".

If you can't install any updates it will most probably not be Validated.
there is a command you type into 'Run' to check but can't remember what it
is sorry
