I have a second harddrive (G) that I save files to mainly from a certain
directory/folder on the main harddrive.

Is there any software that will scan a nominated folder(s) and copy any new
files to the G Drive backup folder(s).

That is, whenever I add new files to the main harddrive directory/folder(s)
they will be automatically copied to the backup drive folder without me
having to manually copy them over?

I assume this is a windows box. Since you're making a backup folder
I'd use a zip utility that allows for refresh/update, which would add
in only new files. 7zip + Scheduled task or similar. I think 7z is
freeware (but you get the idea).

On a unix box I'd use 'find' to ID the files and move them around,
scheduled by cron.
