Audit trail

I am developing a HR database that several people will have access to, it is
a requirement that a it tracks when changes have been made and by who and
when and possibly from what. Other than this information would be stored in
a table without the user being aware I have no idea how I would do this.



Can any explain or is there a site with examples out there?

I have a couple of samples on my website: AuditTrail.mdb and
AuditTrail2.mdb, which illustrate how to do this.
