Audio/Video out of sync

I have video that was recorded in LP mode, transferred
and edited on Window Movie Maker then transferred back to
the DV camera in SP mode. When the footage begins
playing back on the camera during the transfer the audio
and video is out of sync by about 1/2 second. The
program is on a Sony VAIO computer and the camera is a
Canon ZR40.

transferred the movie in 2 different speeds be
responsible for A/V being out of sync.
