Audio Files Infotip help

Here we go again !

A while ago I asked for help on resetting the infotip messages for
audio files under xp pro - someone kindly posted a reply with
something to do with a shell or rundll command - when I hover over an
mp3 file all I can see is the basic info - I've lost the artist / year
/bitrate etc info - can someone please remind me how to quickly reset
the system so that this info appears again - I promise to write it
down this time !!
