attendee availability all grayed out ??

Outlook 2000/Exchange 2000.

Not clear what's causing this, but one particular user's availability
appears "grayed out" (meaning 'No Information' ?!) in the Meeting/Scheduling
view of a new appointment.

Any help in how to restore the user's availabilty would be greatly
appreciated.
 
have you checked to see if that user has a personal folder set as the
delivery point for email?
