attatcments?

When people send me attatcments I can never open them,
or rather they cannot be opened from my computer. ? why
not? What is going on with my pc? I used to be able to
open all attatchments, now I cannot. PLease help, if you
can??????

Assuming you're using Outlook Express:

In OE go to Tools | Options | Security and uncheck "Do not allow
attachments...".
