When 'Send' is clicked Outlook should search the email message for the word
'attachment/s' and check to see if there is an attachment attached. If not, a
message box should appear alerting the sender 'you have used the word
attachment in your message, would you like to attach a file to your message?'.
This would help avoid the common problem of sending email and forgetting to
attach a file. Of course the user should have the option to turn this
facility off.
