Hi, Whenever I open an attachment and view it in Word, it
opens as Document 1 or Doc 2 or Doc 3 etc rather than the
name of the file that it was originally saved as by the
sender. This means that if I make changes to the
attachment, it makes me save it on my network as a new
document rather than save changes to the email. How do I
get back to how it used to be?

Save the attachment to your disk and then edit it. Attachments are kept in
the Temporary Internet Files folder. You shouldn't edit things there.
