Went I send a attachment to people who use outlook express they do not
receive it unless I send them use plain text. is thera a way a can send then
in html with out having the problem that they do not received it.

They'll receive it if you send it attached to an HTML message as well. The
symptom you describe results from trying to send them attachments on a Rich
Text format message. Outlook Express can't decode Rich Text messages and so
ignores all attachments.
