Attachments not showing up when printing an email

I have an email with 2 word document attachments. When I print the email,
the printout doesn't show that there are attachments that came with the
email. It would print out fine before. How do I correct this?

Also, "print styles" option is grayed out under FILE

Some emails have different print dialog screens than others. Some have the
the selection for 'print styles' while others do not.

The email with word documents do not. Hope this helps.
